Lysterfield Primary School Kitchen Garden Learning Space
Lysterfield Primary would like to create student friendly learning spaces within kitchen garden to educate children about sustainability, community, biodiversity, benefits of fresh food and good food habits. They will learn about growing and caring for plants. They will be able to work in teams, discuss, explore and experiment. This could also be a sensory learning space for all grades. Levelling the sloped terrain will make this space easily accessible for kids with all abilities and inviting.
